# Redeem BNB from slisBNB

#### **Step 1:** <a href="#id-4299" id="id-4299"></a>

To unstake your BNB, return to the main page, and click on “unstake”

#### **Step 2:** <a href="#ac51" id="ac51"></a>

Enter the amount of BNB you want to unstake, and click “Unstake”. Approve and confirm the transaction on Metamask, and you are done.

Note: Users will have to wait a period of 7–15 days before users can withdraw their BNB.

#### **Step 3:** <a href="#id-4a01" id="id-4a01"></a>

Head over to the withdraw section to check the status of your BNB withdrawal.

#### Step 4: <a href="#id-29f4" id="id-29f4"></a>

Once BNB has been successfully unstaked, click “claim” & confirm the transaction, and you are done!
